Klein’s Bakery & Cafe, a Venezuelan Bakery and Cafe, is owned by two passionate sisters chasing their dreams in creating the most beautiful and delicious pastries. Thanks to their abuela (grandmother), they learned how to bake and decorate cakes at a very young age. Soon after, a small hobby quickly turned into a very big passion. They now have locations in Uptown, Lakeview East and Lincoln Park offering custom cakes, coffee, breakfast, and pastries inspired from Venezuela. The candid conversation will cover the start and growth of the business, site selection, product development and cultural influence.
