The Illinois Women’s Business Collective
The Illinois Women’s Business Collective (ILWBC) serves as an important statewide platform for cross-sector organizations and leaders focused on identifying systemic gaps and developing collaborative solutions to better support Illinois women-owned businesses, future women business owners and founders, and aspiring female entrepreneurs throughout Illinois. Through the ILWBC, we foster collaboration, build relationships, and share best practices, while also leveraging existing programs and resources within DCEO and the broader women’s business ecosystem throughout Illinois. The ILWBC is powered by the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity’s (DCEO) Office of Economic Equity & Empowerment (OE3).
