Effective marketing: They will gain knowledge about marketing best practices to promote your services. 

Strong operations: They will learn efficient methods to manage their child care business. 

Financial management: They will acquire skills to manage finances effectively. 

During the program, participants will also explore how to transition from a home-based business to a child care center. In addition, they will focus on maximizing profitability and efficiency. 

At the end of the program, each participant will have a one-year growth plan customized for their business.
