The 2023 Pathways to Success Conference is sponsored by Women in Leadership of Central Illinois and the Central Illinois NAWBO. The conference will be held from 8:30 am – 4:00 pm on Friday, September 15 at the Par-A-Dice Hotel, East Peoria.  Centered around the theme of “Leading with Purpose” this conference will provide opportunities for women to network and connect with other female leaders, and build skills and knowledge needed to succeed in both their careers and their personal lives.
