Please join us for this 2-part series of Workshops on the Legalities of Commercial Leasing. At these Workshops we will discuss the different types of commercial leases, and the wording in leases to be aware of as a potential renter, or a landlord. Attendees will also learn the differences between triple net leases, and gross leases. Attendees will also learn how to properly determine the total amount due under their lease as well as learning how to identify other potential areas of concerns in the wording of leases. Learn to understand what you are agreeing to before you sign a lease.
