No-cost, one-on-one advising and training that helps small businesses register, find bid opportunities, and win federal, state, and local government contracts.

The Illinois APEX Accelerator part of the nationwide APEX network and hosted by the Champaign County Economic Development Corporation guides businesses through every step of the procurement process. Services include SAM registration, customized bid-matching, proposal & bid preparation, certification support, subcontracting plans, and market-research assistance. Meetings are by appointment, and all counseling and workshops are free of charge.
