Tagged: Am I Who I Believe That I Am
I am the Founder of VaMaTy, LLC, business management consulting. I graduated with my MBA in the top 5% of my class and had a very successful career for 25 years. However, now that I have began my own business, success is not coming at the speed I expected it to. it makes me ask myself, am I an imposter?
I joined this group of strong successful women in hopes of dispelling the “imposter syndrome.”
I am looking forward to working with this group.
Sincerely,
Vaya
Hi again Vaya,
Thank you for sharing this deeper reflection, it takes real courage to name those feelings out loud, especially in a room full of driven women. Imposter syndrome has a way of creeping in even when we’ve done everything right. But the fact that you’re asking these questions out loud? That’s not a sign of fraud, it’s a sign of integrity.
You’ve already built a remarkable foundation, and now you’re building something new on your own terms. That’s bold. That’s brave. And that absolutely belongs here.
Tomorrow, I hope you take up space knowing that success isn’t just in outcomes, it’s in continuing to show up, connect, and create. Can’t wait to meet you in person. 💜
